There is no charge to complete the Room Fit Check, submit a Room Inquiry or join the waitlist. When a room is available, a prospective resident may be invited to complete the rental application and pay the $15 application fee.
After the application is reviewed and the initial written requirements are met, the applicant may be invited to complete the separate $40 TransUnion SmartMove screening. The SmartMove package includes a criminal background report and a ResidentScore generated using credit-report information. MWN Property Solutions does not use the ResidentScore or credit information as an approval criterion.
The application and required screening must be completed before an in-person tour may be offered. Payment, application submission and screening do not guarantee approval, reserve a room or guarantee a tour invitation.
