RENTAL APPLICATION — PRIVATE ROOM IN A SHARED HOME

This application is available by invitation for an identified available room. Please complete the application, required documents, and $15 application fee within 72 hours unless MWN Property Solutions approves an extension.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

This application is for one applicant seeking one private bedroom in an MWN Property Solutions shared home. Completing or paying for an application does not guarantee approval, permanently reserve a room, or guarantee an in-person tour.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

Applications are accepted by invitation when a room is available. The completed application, required initial documents, and $15 application fee must be submitted within 72 hours of the invitation unless MWN Property Solutions approves an extension.

SCREENING

After the initial application review, an applicant who may continue will receive a separate invitation to complete TransUnion SmartMove. SmartMove must be completed within 48 hours of the invitation.

SmartMove costs approximately $40 plus applicable tax and is paid directly to SmartMove. The screening may provide credit, eviction, and criminal-history information. MWN applies its written rental criteria, and a ResidentScore alone does not automatically determine approval or denial.

PRIVACY

Do not enter a Social Security number, bank-account number, payment-card information, medical information, SmartMove password, or screening credentials anywhere in this application. Sensitive information required by SmartMove must be submitted directly through SmartMove’s secure system.

Final Submission Notice

Submitting an application and paying screening costs do not guarantee approval, reserve the room permanently, create a rental agreement, or guarantee a tour. MWN processes one paid application at a time for each available room under its written rental criteria.
